We want every Teddy&Me experience to be smooth, fast, and worry-free. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns:

Shipping Information

Shipping within Israel:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Home Delivery: Available for most areas (calculated at checkout)

  • Pickup Option: Available in selected locations

 

Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method

  • Free shipping on orders over ₪299

Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window:
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

 

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@teddyandme.co.il with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

 

Return Shipping Cost:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
